GENERAL INFORMATION
The topography is that of extreme contrasts, from the Namib
and Kalahari deserts to the subtropical conditions in the
Caprivi Strip. In between you will find thorn bush and woodlands
savanna, dense bushveld and open plains. English is the official
language.
The roads are in good condition, health care is
good and the pre-independence German influence in general
has brought the country many positive aspects. You will be
surprised how unpolluted Namibia’s environment is!
Here you will find some of the most enjoyable hunting in
all of Africa for a variety of game with excellent trophy
quality.
We are situated about 40 car minutes east of the capital,
Windhoek, which is convenient for shopping trips. Bring the
family and friends, excursions to nearby places of interest
can be arranged. Photographic and fishing (shark, deepwater
fish, tigerfish) safaris can be booked through our touring
company ”Just for Fun - Safaris & Functions”. Choice of transport is road, rail or chartered flight.

The climate is perfect for hunting, sunny and dry with
warm to hot days and cool nights. In the winter months from June to August, temperatures
can occasionally drop below freezing point.
Namibia has one of the lowest population densities in the world, along with the
highest dunes (at Sossusvlei), oldest desert (the Namib), biggest meteorite (Grootfontein)
and oldest plant (the Welwitschia)
